If your order doesn't fit or your dog doesn't love it, email us at hello@happest.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

How to request a refund: email hello@happest.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We reply within 24 hours. For wrong-size exchanges, we send the correct size at no extra cost.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. You won't need to return the item.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

Personalized items: we print the name exactly as entered at checkout, so please double-check spelling. If we make a printing mistake, we'll reprint it free.

Cancellations: email us within 12 hours of ordering to cancel for a full refund. After that your order may already be in production.
