Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use happest.com or buy from Happest. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing: all prices are in US dollars and include shipping. We may cancel and fully refund any order if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error.

Personalized products: you are responsible for the name you enter. We won't print offensive text or text that infringes someone else's rights; if we can't print it, we'll contact you or refund the order.

Product use: always supervise your dog when using a harness and check the fit regularly. Remove it if it causes discomfort.

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy.

Limitation of liability: to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes: we may update these terms. The version posted when you order applies to that order.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
